全国职工教育管理委员会、国家经委、中国职工教育研究会和中央教科所在天津联合举办了“企业岗位职务培训研讨班”,学员130多人,来自全国部分地区、中央有关部委、一些计划单列城市和部分大企业,大部分是从事管学、办学的实际工作者和研究工作者。这次研讨班的主要目的是理解、贯彻去年全国成人教育工作会议、全国职工教育工作会议的精神,更好地认识岗位职务培训的意义,探索岗位职务培训的发展趋势,对实践中的若干问题进行研讨。研讨
