广西北部湾经济区处于中国-东盟自由贸易区、泛珠三角经济圈和大西南经济圈的中心结合部,地处中国与东盟、泛北部湾经济合作、大湄公河次区域合作、中越“两廊一圈”合作、泛珠三角合作、西南合作等多区域合作的交汇点,是我国西部惟一既沿海又沿边的地区,既是我国大西南地区最便捷的出海大通道和中国通向东盟的陆路、水路要道,又是促进中国-东盟全面合作的重要桥梁和基地,区位优势明显,战略地位突出。
Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is located in the center of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, the Pan-Pearl River Delta Economic Zone and the Southwest Economic Circle. It is located in the northwestern part of China and ASEAN, Pan-Beibu Gulf Economic Cooperation and the Greater Mekong Sub-region, The only crossroads along the coast and in the western part of our country are both the easiest sea route in the southwestern part of China and the land on the road to China and ASEAN by China, Waterway is also an important bridge and base for promoting all-round cooperation between China and ASEAN. Its location advantages are obvious and its strategic position prominently.
