胡子鲇是鱼类优良品种之一,其特点是:生长快、成本低、售价高、效益好,许多养殖户收益颇丰。加之蛋白质含量高,营养丰富,味道鲜美,骨少肉多,还有较高的药用价值,历来被人们所喜爱,因此,胡子鲇养殖悄然兴起。但是,亦有少数初养者亏本折利,主要原因,一是苗种下塘成活率低;二是饲养管理不善,造成胡子鲇相互残食;三是鱼池没有防逃设施,大量鲇鱼逃逸。解决方法:
