本文根据现代绩效评价的理论和方法,对企业传统的人事考核体系进行了深入的分析和研究,并提出了相应的改进对策。本文针对企业现有绩效评价指标所提出的一些建议,对我国企业建立自己的绩效评价指标具有一定的参考价值和借鉴作用。
Based on the theories and methods of modern performance appraisal, this paper deeply analyzes and studies the traditional personnel appraisal system of enterprises and puts forward corresponding improvement measures. In this paper, some of the suggestions put forward by enterprises for their existing performance evaluation indexes have certain reference value and reference function for establishing their own performance evaluation index in our country.
