近几年笔者用加味四物汤治疗神经性头痛患者24例,其中男性6例,女性18例。治愈20例,好转4例,疗效较为满意,现介绍如下。方药组成:熟地50克白芍当归川芎桂圆肉各15克牡丹皮天麻僵蚕全蝎甘草各10克炒酸枣仁石决明各50克蜈蚣2条。合煎两遍,分两次温服,每日1剂。典型病例:王某,女,60岁。该患者头痛、失眠、康忘、纳差一年余。两月前又因恶性刺激使头痛加剧,两颞部疼痛如锥刺,夜不能寐。在省立二院诊
In recent years, the author treated 24 cases of neurotic headache with Jiawei Siwu Decoction, including 6 males and 18 females. 20 cases were cured and 4 cases improved. The curative effect was relatively satisfactory. Now it is introduced as follows. Formula composition: Rehmannia 50 grams Angelica Angelica Chuanxiong Longan meat 15 grams each of peony bark Bombyx mori licorice each 10 grams fried Suanzaoren cassia 50 grams each of 2 pods.
