自由贸易区的建立一般会对有关国家的金融服务业产生重大的影响。本文试以美加自由贸易协定和北美自由贸易协定为例,具体考察自由贸易区的建立对美国、加拿大和墨西哥三国金融服务业的影响。全文分为三个部分:首先简要介绍三国金融服务业(主要是银行体系)的现状和特点,然后考察在自由贸易协定基础上所发生的变革,最后对有关进程作一简要的评价。
The establishment of a free trade zone will generally have a significant impact on the financial services industry in the countries concerned. This paper attempts to take the Free Trade Agreement between the United States and Canada and the North American Free Trade Agreement as an example to examine in detail the impact of the establishment of a free trade zone on the financial services industry in the United States, Canada and Mexico. The full text is divided into three parts: Firstly, it briefly introduces the current situation and characteristics of the financial service industry in the three countries (mainly the banking system), then examines the changes that have taken place on the basis of the free trade agreement, and finally makes a brief assessment of the progress.
