本文叙述了透射式ＧａＡｓ光电阴极的原理和制作过程，详细地研究了透射式ＧａＡｓ光阴极的激活工艺，获得了５００μＡ／１ｍ的积分灵敏度。
In this paper, the principle and fabrication process of transmissive GaAs photocathode are described. The activation process of transmissive GaAs photocathode is studied in detail and the integral sensitivity of 500μA / 1m is obtained.
