关于本刊执行法定计量单位的说明

《中华人民共和国计量法》已于1986年7月1日施行。1987年2月1日发布了《计量法实施细则》。我国规定以国际单位制为基础和一些非国际单位制(我国常用的)作为国家的法定计量单位,它在我国四化建设和在国际交往中具有深远意义。为贯彻执行计量法,要求本刊编、译、校者在稿件中务必使用国家法定计量单位。

“The People’s Republic of China Measurement Law” was implemented on July 1, 1986. February 1, 1987 promulgated the “Regulations on Measurement Law.” The provisions of our country are based on the international system of units and some non-international system of units (commonly used in our country) as statutory units of measurement for the state. They have far-reaching significance in the four modernizations of our country and in international exchanges. In order to implement the Metrology Law, we are required to compile and translate this journal. Students must be sure to use the legal units of measurement in the manuscripts.
