保障性住房建设作为一项重要的民生工程,解决了众多中低收入群体的居住困难,平抑了迅速上涨的房价,拓展了居民对住房的有效需求,时于保持社会稳定、促进社会公平和国民经济健康发展起到了重要的作用。然而,我国的保障性住房在实际运行中仍然存在着诸多问题,比如:在保障性住房建设中,土地供应不足,资金落实不到位;低收入居民中购困难,寻租现象广泛存在等。为了解决这些问题,本文主要分析了我国保障性住房的现状及存在问题,探讨建立符合我国国情的保障性住房运行机制。
As an important livelihood project, affordable housing construction has solved the housing difficulties of many middle- and low-income groups, stabilized the rapidly rising housing prices and expanded residents’ effective demand for housing. In maintaining social stability and promoting social fairness and nationals Economic development has played an important role. However, there are still many problems in the actual operation of affordable housing in our country. For example, in the construction of affordable housing, the land supply is insufficient and the funds are not fully implemented; the purchasing difficulties of low-income residents and the phenomenon of rent-seeking are widespread. In order to solve these problems, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of affordable housing in our country, and discusses the establishment of the operating mechanism of affordable housing in line with China’s national conditions.
