目的:对中青年高血压病患者的防治进行效果评价。方法:记录高血压家族史,记录已确诊的心脑血管病及其他并发症,建立健康档案,定期复查,随访,指导治疗。结果:?高血压的发病率及心脑血管并发症的发生率明显下降。结论:对中青年男性高血压患者实施综合防治措施,可极大限度地提高中青年男性高血压患者的管理工作质量,保证了治疗效果,减少并发症的发生。
Objective: To evaluate the prevention and treatment of middle-aged and young patients with hypertension. Methods: The family history of hypertension was recorded, the diagnosed cardio-cerebrovascular disease and other complications were recorded, and a health record was established. Periodic review, follow-up and treatment were given. Results: The incidence of hypertension and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications significantly decreased. Conclusion: The comprehensive prevention and treatment measures for middle-aged and young male hypertensive patients can greatly improve the management quality of middle-aged and young male hypertensive patients, and ensure the treatment effect and reduce the occurrence of complications.
