China Posts and Telecommunications Enterprises Association Labor Committee Annual Meeting October 20, 1992 to 21 held in Hunan. The meeting summed up the working committee set up more than a year ago, fully consulted all members and suggestions based on the proposed work points in 1993. In the past year since its establishment, the Labor Committee has given full play to its role as a staff assistant in administration. It has continuously conducted theoretical and policy discussions, disseminated knowledge of modern labor sciences and improved its labor and capital consulting services.
