党的十五届五中全会提出“科技进步和创新,是增强综合国力的决定因素”。这一科学论断在我国广播电视事业的发展历程中,得到了充分体现。回顾刚刚过去的20世纪最后二十年我国广播电视事业的变革证明,如果没有高新科技的应用,就不可能有广播电视事业今日的繁荣。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee proposed that “technological progress and innovation are the determinants of enhancing the overall national strength.” This scientific conclusion has been fully reflected in the development of the radio and television industry in our country. Recalling the recent changes in the broadcasting and television industries in our country in the last two decades of the 20th century, as evidenced by the past 20 years, we can not expect the prosperity of today’s radio and television industry without the application of high technology.
