目的:探讨乙酰肝素酶(HPA)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在结肠癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤侵袭和转移的关系。方法:采用SP免疫组化法,检测60例结肠癌标本和60例癌旁正常组织中HPA和VEGF的表达。结果:结肠癌组HPA和VEGF的平均吸光值明显高于对照组(P<0.05);结肠癌组HPA和VEGF阳性表达率分别为78.3%和71.7%,显著高于对照组(15.0%,18.3%),相比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移组HPA和VEGF阳性表达率分别为97.1和94.3%,明显高于无转移组(37.1%,28.6%),相比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论:HPA和VEGF在结肠癌组织中呈高表达,HPA和VEGF在结肠癌侵袭、转移的机制中起协同作用。HPA和VEGF可以作为预测结肠癌侵袭、转移的分子生物学指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of heparanase (HPA) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in colon cancer tissues and its relationship with tumor invasion and metastasis. Methods: SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of HPA and VEGF in 60 cases of colon cancer specimens and 60 cases of adjacent normal tissues. Results: The average absorbance of HPA and VEGF in colon cancer group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The positive rates of HPA and VEGF in colon cancer group were 78.3% and 71.7% respectively, which were significantly higher than those in control group (15.0%, 18.3 %) (P <0.05). The positive rates of HPA and VEGF in lymph node metastasis group were 97.1% and 94.3%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in non-metastasis group (37.1%, 28.6%) (P <0.05). Conclusion: HPA and VEGF are highly expressed in colon cancer tissues. HPA and VEGF play a synergistic role in the mechanism of colon cancer invasion and metastasis. HPA and VEGF can be used as predictors of colon cancer invasion and metastasis of molecular biological indicators.
