下颌第一磨牙在口腔中担负着极重要的咀嚼功能,由于受龋病的损害和牙周病的侵袭,往往造成第一唐牙过早损坏和丧失。为了弥补第一窘牙早失,我们自1991年以来,对20例患者将第三磨牙进行移植,经随访近期效果满意,现报告如下。一、移擅的适应证:①第一磨牙已损坏到无法保留的程度;②第一磨牙的空隙足以容纳移入的第三磨牙;③患者的年龄一般在16～22岁,第三磨牙应处于胚胎发育状态;④患者身体健康,口腔卫生
