目的探讨彩超对乳腺肿瘤诊断与鉴别诊断的准确性与诊断进展。方法使用彩超和5 ̄12MHZ高频探头观察肿瘤的特征性二维声像图和彩色多普勒的血管和血流频谱形态、阻力指数,动力学参数等进行分析诊断。结果96例乳腺肿瘤中36例为恶性肿瘤,60例为良性肿瘤,有3例良性肿瘤开始误诊为恶性肿瘤。结论彩超通过观察乳腺肿瘤的二维声像图特征和彩色血流频谱和血管形态等对于乳腺肿瘤良恶性的诊断与鉴别诊断可提供准确的诊断依据,是首选的检查方法。
Objective To investigate the accuracy and diagnostic progress of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast tumors. Methods Ultrasonography and 5 ~ 12MHZ high-frequency probe were used to analyze the characteristic two-dimensional sonography and color Doppler spectrum of blood vessels and blood flow, resistance index and kinetic parameters. Results 36 cases of 96 cases of breast cancer were malignant tumors, 60 cases of benign tumors, 3 cases of benign tumors misdiagnosed as malignant tumors. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography can provide an accurate diagnosis basis for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors by observing the two-dimensional sonographic features of breast tumors and the color blood flow spectrum and blood vessel morphology, which is the first choice of examination.
