目的:研究络石藤的化学成分。方法:通过反复硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和重结晶的方法分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果:分离得到10个化合物,分别为络石苷元(Ⅰ),牛蒡子苷元(Ⅱ),去甲络石苷元(Ⅲ),牛蒡子苷(Ⅳ),络石苷(Ⅴ),罗汉松脂素苷(Ⅵ),去甲络石苷(Ⅶ),去甲络石苷元5’-C-β-葡萄糖苷(Ⅷ),去甲络石苷元8’-O-β-葡萄糖苷(Ⅸ)t,anegoside A(Ⅹ)。结论:其中化合物Ⅹ为首次从本植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Trachelosperlat Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography, ODS column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and recrystallization. The structures were elucidated on the basis of the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. Results: Ten compounds were isolated and identified as trefoilin (Ⅰ), arctigenin (Ⅱ), normetreptin (Ⅲ), arctiin (Ⅳ), tretinoin (Ⅴ) (Ⅵ), demethionin (Ⅶ), demethionin 5’-C-β-glucoside (Ⅷ), nortretoposide 8’-O- β-glucoside (Ⅸ) t, anegoside A (X). Conclusion: Among them, compound X was isolated from this plant for the first time.
