4月29日,云南省龙陵县在城关中学开展了2014年全县地震救援实战拉动演练。此次拉动演练由赵兴灿副县长任总指挥长,龙陵县消防部队为主战力量,县委宣传部、卫生防疫、供水、供电、120急救、地震等部门单位和学校师生约3000余人参加了演练。当天9时30分,随着“轰、轰、轰……”几声巨响,刹那间,地动山摇,房屋倒塌。城关中学立即拉响应急警报,学生们自觉地双手抱头,分两队跑出教学楼,疏散至校园内的指定避难地点。
