目的 观察中药益母草的遗传毒性和抗诱变作用。方法 应用小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验 (MNT)。结果 各剂量 (1.0、2 .0、4 .0、8.0 g/kg)益母草所致的微核率与正常对照组比较无显著性差异(P >0 .0 5) ;益母草 1.0 g/kg剂量对环磷酰胺 (CP)所致的微核率无抑制作用 (P >0 .0 5) ,但 2 .0、4 .0、8.0g/kg各剂量组对CP所致的微核率均有抑制作用 (P <0 .0 5) ,其中 8.0 g/kg剂量组作用显著。 结论 益母草本身对遗传物质无诱变作用 ,并在一定剂量时 ,具有抗诱变作用。
Objective To observe the genotoxicity and antimutagenicity of Chinese herb Motherwort. Methods Mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test (MNT) was used. Conclusion Motherwort itself has no mutagenic effect on genetic material, and at a certain dose, it has antimutagenic effect.
