目的 探讨急性不完全性脑缺血大鼠心房特殊颗粒 (atrialspecificgranulars ,ASG)的形态学变化 ,提供脑缺血缺氧病理生理机制的形态学依据。方法 中老年Wistar大鼠 ,采用双侧颈总动脉夹闭 2小时后去夹再通的方法 ,制作急性不完全脑缺血模型。于血流再灌后 6h、2 4h、3d、7d处死。取大鼠右心耳制作超薄切片 ,电镜观察摄片。结果 再灌 6h、2 4h组比对照组大鼠右心耳ASG明显减少。结论 急性不完全性脑缺血可导致大鼠右心耳ASG的大量释放
Objective To investigate the morphological changes of atrial specific pellets (ASG) in rats with acute incomplete cerebral ischemia and provide morphological evidences for the pathophysiological mechanism of cerebral ischemia and hypoxia. Methods Middle aged Wistar rats were treated with bilateral common carotid artery for 2 hours, followed by clipping and recanalization to make an acute incomplete cerebral ischemia model. After 6h, 24h, 3d, 7d after blood flow reperfusion, they were sacrificed. Take the right atrial appendage made thin slices, electron microscopy photography. Results At 6h and 24h after reperfusion, ASG in right atrial appendage of rats in control group decreased significantly compared with control group. Conclusion Acute incomplete cerebral ischemia can cause massive release of ASG in the right atrial appendage of rats
