目的用气相色谱-质谱法对东风桔的挥发油进行化学成分分析。方法使用水蒸汽蒸馏的方法获得东风桔挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用法分离并分析其化学成分,用面积归一化法测定其百分含量。结果从挥发油中共鉴定出28个化合物,主要成分有:异环柠檬醛(41.598%);愈创木醇(15.234%);β-桉叶醇(10.790%);1,7,7-三甲基-二环[2,2,1]-2-庚烯(5.841%);檀香醇(3.702%);铁锈醇(2.657%);罗汉柏烯(2.581%)。结论本研究首次报道了东风桔挥发油成分,为开发利用东风桔及其制剂质量控制提供的依据。
Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of Volatile Oil from Dongfeng Orange by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry. Methods Volatile oil was obtained by steam distillation. The chemical constituents were isolated and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and their percentages were determined by area normalization. Results A total of 28 compounds were identified from volatile oil. The main constituents were: isocetyl citrate (41.598%), guaiacol (15.234%), β-eucalyptol (10.790%), Bicyclo [2,2,1] -2-heptene (5.841%); santol (3.702%); rust alcohol (2.657%); Conclusion This study reports for the first time the composition of Volatile Oil from Dongfeng Orange and provides the basis for the development and utilization of Dongfeng Orange and its preparation quality control.
