目的通过80 261例围产儿分析,缺陷儿889例,大部分不明原因,其中183例有一些明确原因,通过对这些因素分析,了解引起缺陷儿的常见原因。方法采用个案调查方法,逐一询问病史。结果一些原因如高烧、接触一些化工原料、孕期乱用药物、社会因素等都是引起缺陷的原因。结论预防孕期感冒、远离有毒物质、合理用药,改变不良观念从而有效预防缺陷儿的发生。
Objective To pass the 80 261 perinatal analysis of 889 children with defects, most of which are unexplained and 183 of whom have some definite causes. By analyzing these factors, we can understand the common causes of defects. Methods The method of case investigation, one by one to ask history. The results of some causes such as high fever, exposure to some chemical raw materials, misuse of drugs during pregnancy, social factors are all causes of defects. Conclusion Prevention of colds during pregnancy, away from toxic substances, rational use of drugs, change the concept of bad so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of defective children.
