在1987年1月中国林学会、中国造纸学会联合召开的林纸联合论证会上,出席会议的80余位专家一致建议:实现林纸联合,以促使林丰纸旺。为此,专家们建议: 1、由国家计委牵头,由林业部、轻工业部、财政部等协商,划出一部分国营林业企业、造纸企业、纸品加工与利用的企业,成立国家财团性质的林纸开发总公司,负责统筹安排林纸发展规划等。
At the Joint Forestry and Paper Demonstration Conference jointly held by the Chinese Society of Forestry and the Chinese Papermaking Society in January 1987, more than 80 experts attending the meeting unanimously recommended that a joint forestry-paper should be established to promote Lin Feng Paper Wang. To this end, the experts suggested: 1, led by the State Planning Commission, the Ministry of Forestry, Ministry of Light Industry, Ministry of Finance and other consultations, draw out part of the state-owned forestry enterprises, papermaking enterprises, paper processing and utilization of enterprises, the establishment of a national consortium of nature Lin Paper Development Corporation, responsible for the overall planning of forestry and paper development planning.
