相比上月楼市回暖,进入11月以来东区的成交量似乎是受了冷空气的影响,显得低迷了许多,半月以来(11.1—11.15)278套的成交量环比上期下降了2成左右,乔司区域更是创下了仅个位数成交量的历史新低。
Compared with the property market pick-up since last month, the volume of trading in the eastern part of Hong Kong since November seems to be affected by the cold air. It seems that the trading volume of the 278 units in the past half a month has dropped by about 20% from the previous issue. Division area is setting a record low single-digit volume.
