在新的历史条件下,医院思想政治工作要开拓新思路,寻求新载体,增创新优势。要站在深化改革,提高竞争力的高度,充分认识做好医院职工思想政治工作的重要性。要在新的形势下,结合医院实际情况,努力建立适应形势要求的思想政治上创新机制。抓住机遇,以创新的精神,从思路创新、形式创新、内容创新、载体创新、考核方法创新等五个方面,积极探索医院思想政治工作思路。
Under the new historical conditions, ideological and political work in hospitals should open up new ideas, seek new carriers and create new advantages. We must stand at the height of deepening the reform and enhancing our competitiveness, and fully understand the importance of doing a good job in ideological and political work among hospital workers. Under the new situation, in combination with the actual conditions of the hospital, efforts must be made to establish an ideological and political innovation mechanism that meets the requirements of the situation. Seize the opportunity to actively explore the hospital ideological and political work train of thought in five aspects of innovative thinking, form innovation, content innovation, carrier innovation, assessment method innovation.
