中共中央党校出版社出版 的《开国总理周恩来》一书,披 露了许多过去未曾公开披露的 材料,其中,毛泽东在1958年 曾有以上海市长柯庆施代替周 恩来为总理的设想,引人注目。 书中说,周恩来一个重要 思想是:“经济工作要实事求 是”。他看到,经过压缩的1956 年的计划(草案),仍然是冒进 的。他认为,只要摸清了实际 情况,就要反对冒进,“要敢于 抗大流”。他主持国务院常务 会,研究制止经济形势恶化的 措施。
Chou En-lai, the founding prime minister, published by the Central Party School Press published many documents that were not disclosed in the past.
