依托连霍高速公路郑洛段改扩建项目实际,根据钢纤维混凝土配合比设计要求制定了相应的配合比参数,并通过室内试验和现场试验对钢纤维混凝土的力学性能指标进行了测试与分析。结果表明钢纤维混凝土韧性高于普通混凝土,钢纤维混凝土的抗离析指标均小于15%;采用铣削型钢纤维混凝土及其相应的配合比用于桥面后浇带的施工,可以在保证强度的基础上,提高结构的耐磨性能、抗裂性能和冲击性能,适用性较好。
Relying on the actual project of Zhengluo Section of Lianhuo Expressway, the corresponding compounding ratio parameters were worked out according to the design requirements of steel fiber reinforced concrete. The mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete were tested and analyzed through laboratory and field tests. The results show that the toughness of steel fiber reinforced concrete is higher than ordinary concrete, the anti-segregation index of steel fiber reinforced concrete are less than 15%. The use of milled steel fiber reinforced concrete and its corresponding compounding ratio used in the construction of post- On the structure to improve the wear resistance, crack resistance and impact resistance, good applicability.
