一、基本情况 乌兰建县以来,各族人民在党和政府的领导下,取得了显著成绩,1992年与1959年建县时相比,人口增长了3.03倍;工业总产值增长了217.3倍;粮食产量增长了3.15倍;油料产量增长了15.98倍;年末牲畜存栏数增长了29.07％;财政收入增长了1.57倍。特别是党的十三届七中全会以来,坚持以经济建设为中心,坚持改革开放,全县经济实力明显增强。至1992年全县国民收入2863.74万元(现价,下同),按可比价格计算,“八五”以来平均每年增长6.95％;社会总产值4775.74万元,平均每年增长5.15％。其中第一产业产值2066.74万元,占社会总产值的43.08％,“八五”以来平均每年增长3.40％。第一产业以畜牧业为主,
I. Basic Information Since Wulan County was founded, the people of all nationalities made remarkable achievements under the leadership of the party and the government. Compared with the time when the county was built in 1959, the population increased by 3.03 times in 1992 and the industrial output value increased by 217.3 times ; Grain output increased 3.15 times; oil production increased 15.98 times; year-end livestock population increased 29.07%; fiscal revenue increased 1.57 times. Since the 7th Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee in particular, we have adhered to the principle of taking economic construction as the central task and persisted in carrying out the policy of reform and opening up. The economic strength of the entire county has been remarkably enhanced. By 1992, the national income of the county was 28.6374 million yuan (current price, the same below), calculated on a comparable basis. The average annual growth rate since the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” was 6.95%. The total social output value was 47.7574 million yuan, an average annual increase of 5.15%. The output value of the primary industry was 20,667,400 yuan, accounting for 43.08% of the total social output value, an average annual increase of 3.40% since the “Eighth Five-Year Plan”.
