采用日立—835型氨基酸自动分析仪,对不同产地的西洋参主要药效成分西洋参皂甙以外的一般营养成分进行了测定分析。分析结果表明,不同产地西洋参总游离氨基酸的种类、含量差异较大;一般组成无明显差异。根据一般组成物的含量,探讨了西洋参的综合利用问题。
Using the Hitachi-835 automatic amino acid analyzer, we analyzed and analyzed the general nutritional components outside of ginseng saponin which is the main active ingredient of American ginseng from different areas. The results showed that there were significant differences in the contents of total free amino acids in Panax quinquefolius from different areas. There was no significant difference in the general composition. According to the content of general composition, the comprehensive utilization of American ginseng was discussed.
