随着SAGD技术应用的不断扩大,开采井数的不断增多,在油井生产安全方面存在的问题也不断凸显,为保证SAGD油井生产安全,应具备防闪蒸、井口超压、抽油机超载、抽油机失载四种保护。在没有经验可借鉴的条件下,通过大量的理论研究与现场试验,成功研发了SAGD油井安全保护系统,为SAGD油井安全生产提供了保障。
With the continuous application of SAGD technology and the increasing number of production wells, the problems in the production safety of oil wells have also been constantly highlighted. In order to ensure the safety of SAGD wells, they should be provided with anti-flashover, wellhead overpressure, overloading of pumping units, Pumping loss of four kinds of protection.
