坐标测量机和测置方法的最新发展同齿轮的理论计算相结合,提供了客观的定量检验锥齿轮和准双曲面齿轮的方法。本文叙述了测量机及其软件、齿轮软件和测量步骤,介绍了使用该方法试制一对齿轮副的实例。锥齿轮和准双曲面齿轮齿面几何形状的复杂性迄今仍使该类齿轮副的检验方法受到一定局限。本文内容包括根据理论计算数据进行测量和与齿面比较的计算机辅助检验技术。它是通过联合程序来实现的,即:将座标测量机和西德蔡斯(Zeiss)检查技术与格利森的锥齿轮和准双曲面齿轮理论相结合。本文的主题是综合利用座标测量机的特性和软件,以及计算理论上正确的齿面的程序等技术,并将此作为估价被制造轮齿的曲面正确度的方法。
The latest developments in CMM and placement methods combined with the theoretical calculations of gears provide an objective method of quantitatively testing bevel and hypoid gears. This paper describes the measuring machine and its software, gear software and measuring steps, and introduces an example of trial production of a pair of gear pairs using this method. The complexity of the gear geometry of bevel gears and hypoid gears has hitherto limited the test methods for such gear pairs. This article includes computer-aided inspection techniques that measure and compare tooth surfaces based on theoretical calculations. It’s done through a joint process that combines a CMM and Zeiss inspection technique with Gleason’s bevel and hypoid gear theory. The subject of this article is a comprehensive utilization of CMM features and software, as well as techniques for calculating theoretically correct tooth flanks, as a method of evaluating the correctness of the surfaces to be manufactured.
