针对梅花井煤矿112102工作面回风巷顶板存在厚度变化的直罗组含水层,直接顶为粉砂质泥岩和存在泥质粉砂岩伪顶2种情况,通过顶板岩石的X-射线衍射、单轴抗压与烘干实验,掌握了围岩的微观组成结构、力学性能和水力影响因素,分析了复杂水环境下围岩失稳的机理,指出该条件下关键是减少对围岩的扰动和切断水源.据此,提出了堵水和隔水2种不同的支护技术理念,即在高性能的锚带网索的基础上,对巷道进行内部强化和表面封闭,阻隔或减弱水力通道,避免围岩因水运动和风化作用导致支护结构失效,确保巷道在服务期内的稳定,并在现场进行了成功应用.
