目前有很多木材干燥室,由于受温差、水蒸汽、木酸及其他腐蚀物质的作用,造成干燥室墙壁裂纹和水泥脱落,致使水蒸汽通过缝隙造成漏汽,影响了炉内温湿度的控制、产品质量以及干燥室的寿命。现采用混凝土喷射机,用喷涂方法来进行修复,效果很好,不但延长了干燥室的使用寿命,节省了维修费用,而且缩短了工期。喷射混凝土涂层系采用一定比例的水泥、砂的拌合料。喷射机借压缩空气的压力,把拌合料由管道压送到喷射头处加水,喷射于墙体表面,以形成混凝土结构。由于高速喷射相当于连续捣固和压实,因此混凝土紧密结实、粘结牢固、机械强度高。
