按照中央关于“三讲”教育要“真正解决问题,不走过场”的要求,这次教育活动一定要立足于解决领导班子和领导干部中存在的突出问题,尤其是群众意见大、影响当前改革和建设工作的问题,并从思想根源上进行剖析和评议,找出原因,落实整改措施,真正取得实效。一、找准、抓住突出问题。在“三讲”教育中,领导班子、领导干部必须找准、抓住党性党风方面存在的突出问题,认真加以解决。中央明确指出要着重解决四个方面的问题,针对性很强,具有普遍的指导意义,哪一个方面都不能忽视,都不能“空对空”。查找问题力求符合实际,既不夸大,也不缩小。在查找问题过程中,必须坚持马克思主义世界观和方法论,全面地、历史地、辩证地思考和分析问题。找准、抓住突出问题是解决问题的前提。根据中央的要求,各级党政领导班子和领导干部应找
