目的:建立哈萨克族特色药材别克参中微量元素的含量测定方法。方法:采用微波消解法,利用ICP-MS分析别克参中Al,Cr,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Cd,Sn,Hg,Pb 12种微量元素的含量。结果:各元素标准工作曲线相关系数在0.999 3以上,样品分析结果的RSD在1.45%~3.58%,加标回收率在90.1%~115.6%,实验结果表明:别克参中含有丰富的微量元素,其中Fe含量最高,其次为Al,Zn,Mn,Cu。结论:该法操作简单、灵敏度高、稳定性好,能够满足别克参中微量元素的测定需要。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of trace elements in Bakshen, a Kazakh speciality medicinal material. Methods: Microwave digestion was used to analyze the content of 12 trace elements in Al, Cr, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Cd, Sn, Hg and Pb of Buick ginseng by ICP-MS. Results: The correlation coefficient of the standard working curve of each element was more than 0.999 3. The RSD of the sample analysis result was 1.45%-3.58%, and the recovery rate of the added standard was 90.1%-115.6%. The experimental results showed that: Buick parameter was rich in trace elements. Among them, Fe content is the highest, followed by Al, Zn, Mn, and Cu. Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive and stable. It can meet the needs of determination of trace elements in Buick.
