目的:观察山莨菪碱对低密度脂蛋白受体再循环的影响。方法:应用抗免低密度脂蛋白受体(LDL-R)单克隆抗体,以细胞ELISA法测定成纤维细胞LDL-R,并观察蛋白合成受抑制时山莨菪碱对LDL受体的影响。结果:细胞生长汇合成单层时加入亚胺环己酮.受体无明显减少,加入山莨菪碱则细胞表面受体增加;细胞生长呈不全汇合状态时,亚胺环己酮使受体减少,但山莨菪碱对受体数无明显影响。结论:山莨菪碱具有促进生长汇合的成纤维细胞LDL-R再循环的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of anisodamine on low density lipoprotein receptor (LDLR) recycle. Methods: The anti-LDL-R monoclonal antibody was used to detect the LDL-R of fibroblasts by ELISA. The effect of anisodamine on LDL receptor was also observed when protein synthesis was inhibited. Results: Addition of cycloheximide to iminocyst when the cells grew to confluence. Receptors were not significantly reduced, while the addition of anisodamine increased the number of cell surface receptors. When the cell growth was incomplete, iminocyclohexanone decreased the number of receptors, but anisodamine did not affect the number of receptors significantly. Conclusion: Anisodamine can promote LDL-R recycle of fibroblasts in confluence.
