素有“华夏文明摇篮”之称的山西省,也是我国重要的能源和老工业基地,其矿产资源丰富,煤冶焦电等传统行业占比较大,并已成为山西省经济发展的重要产业支柱。与此同时,煤冶焦电等行业的发展也为职业健康监管工作带来巨大压力。其中,在煤冶焦电等生产工艺中伴生出的粉尘、有毒有害物质,已成为危害职工生命健康的“隐身杀手”。形势难,新旧产业下危害叠加据记者了解,在山西省众多煤冶焦电企业中,90%为中小企业。山西省安监局副局长牛建华告诉记者,由于大多数 Shanxi province, also known as the cradle of civilization in China, is also an important energy and old industrial base in China.
