935031是山东省农科院作物研究所经过多年努力培育出的一个优质面条专用小麦新品种。该品种株高80厘米左右,中抗叶锈病,高抗白粉病,千粒重45.2克,子粒白色、角质,面粉品质好,粗蛋白含量18.7%,湿面筋含量为39.5%,是一个高产优质面条小麦新品种。目前,该品种已经引起了有关部门的高度重视,有望替代部分进口小麦,为发展我国的优质高效农业做出积极的贡献。
