@为进一步发挥流通行业对国民经济发展的促进作用,近日,国内贸易部就深化流通体制改革,促进流通产业发展的若干问题,提出了八点意见。一、提高对流通改革与发展重要性的认识;二、加强对商品流通的宏观调控;三、培育统一、开放、竞争、有序的商品市场体系;四、转换经营机制,建立现代企业制度;五、积极扩大流通领域的对外开放;六、推进流通产业的现代化建设;七、加强流通领域的法制建设;八、转变政府职能,加强对流通工作的领导。
In order to further give play to the role of the circulation industry in promoting the development of the national economy, the Ministry of Domestic Trade recently put forward eight opinions on deepening the reform of the circulation system and promoting the development of the circulation industry.
