《企业管理》这门课程,是目前笔者所在学院每个专业都开设的必修课。其目的是希望通过《企业管理》这门课程的学习,完善学生的知识结构,拓宽学生的知识面,为学生毕业后的就业、创业提供帮助。对于非经济、管理专业学生而言,这门课程的设置基本上是独立的,缺乏前续和后继课程支撑。如何使这类学生学好这门课程,本文从差异化“亲验式”教学模式入手,结合改良传统教学模式,探讨了一些改革方案。
The course of “Business Management” is a compulsory course for each major of the college where I am currently studying. The purpose of this course is to improve the students ’knowledge structure and broaden the students’ knowledge through the study of “Business Management” course, which will help the students to find employment and start a business after graduation. For non-economic, management major students, this course is basically independent of the establishment of the lack of follow-up and follow-up course support. How to make this kind of students learn this course well, this article starts with the teaching mode of differentiation “pro-experience ”, and discusses some reform programs with the improvement of the traditional teaching mode.
