本文根据线切割CNC系统的组成特点,研制了一种高效并行的多机通讯系统。该系统在硬件上主要采用了51系列单片机及其常用芯片,在软件上采用了指令牌系统及数据正反校验技术。该系统也同样适用于电火花成型机CNC系统。
In this paper, according to the characteristics of wire-cut CNC system, a highly efficient parallel multi-machine communication system has been developed. The system is mainly used in the hardware 51 series microcontrollers and their commonly used chips, the software used on the command card system and data validation technology. The system is also suitable for EDM CNC system.
