选地 黄姜是一种横生、分枝多、浅根系植物,根状茎一般分布于地表10～40cm内,对土壤要求不严。但要选择一定保水保肥能力,土层深、松又能排除积水的土地,以沙质土为宜,生荒地要求深翻40cm以上,翻后让雨雪淋溶、熟化一段时间。在整地前应施入猪牛圈肥或堆肥料,每亩1500～2500千克;熟地耕翻1～2次,坡地要按等高线或等高撩壕方式整地。
