我国医院集团化发展作为公立医院改革与完善卫生服务体系的一种探索,取得了一定进展。本文分析了医院集团化发展在提高资源利用效率、推动医疗技术水平整体提高、完善卫生服务体系和控制医疗费用过快增长方面的积极作用。对医院集团化发展中遇到的问题,从政府、医院、医生三个层面进行了分析,并提出了政策建议:完善相关政策,政府充当监管者;确定公立医院的法人产权;逐步推动医师的职业化发展,促进医疗人才的合理流动。
China’s hospital group development as an exploration of public hospital reform and improve the health service system, and made some progress. This article analyzes the active role of the development of hospital collectivization in improving the efficiency of resource utilization, promoting the overall improvement of medical technology, improving the health service system and controlling the excessive growth of medical expenses. The problems encountered in the collectivization of hospitals are analyzed from the following three aspects: the government, the hospitals and the doctors.
