批量生产的以及根据工作面支架制造的端头支架在卧底量超过0.3~0.4米掘进的巷道内使用效果不佳,支架底座易于压入底板,因而不能把皮带输送机拉紧端设在巷道内。支架在横向负荷作用下不太稳定,并且不能用于巷道支架全部折除以便重复利用的作业情况。这样在使用支架时就要进行大量繁重的手工操作。
The mass production of the end bracket manufactured according to the working face support is not effective in the roadway underdriving over 0.3 to 0.4 meters and the bracket base is easy to be pressed into the floor so that the belt conveyor can not be tightened in the roadway . Brackets are less stable under lateral loads and can not be used for complete removal of roadway brackets for reuse. This requires heavy manual labor when using the stand.
