1992~1994年对云南省十一个县的致倦库蚊(Culex quinquefasciatus)对7种杀虫剂(DDT、马拉硫磷Malathion、杀螟硫磷Fenitcothion、敌敌畏DDVP、敌百虫Dipterex、二氯苯酸酯Permethrin和溴氰菊酯Deltamthrin)的抗性情况进行了调查。结果抗性发生率为78.95%(45/57)、对DDT、Dipterex除个别地区外、全部产生了高度抗性。本结果显示溴氰菊酯最为敏感。本文最后对部分地区抗性出现的原因进行了分析讨论。
From 1992 to 1994, the effects of Culex quinquefasciatus against seven insecticides (DDT, Malathion, Fenitcothion, DDVP, Dipterex, Permethrin and Deltamthrin) were investigated for resistance. As a result, the rate of resistance was 78.95% (45/57). DipTrex was highly resistant to DDT except for some areas. This result shows that deltamethrin is the most sensitive. In the end, this article analyzes and discusses the causes of resistance in some areas.
