通过试验对SWRH82B盘条拉拔脆断问题进行研究,发现夹杂物是造成脆断的主要原因。用蔡司扫描电子显微镜观测到夹杂物最大尺寸为230.5μm,用能谱分析仪测定出夹杂物各成分含量。结果表明,夹杂物主要为A1_2O_3、CaO和SiO等复合而成的脆性夹杂物,源于内生夹杂物与外生夹杂物。通过控制合适的Ca与S、Ca与A1含量比值,以及钢液中O的含量和渣碱度量,改善夹杂物的性能与尺寸,把夹杂物对SWRH82B的影响降低到最小。
By testing the SWRH82B wire rod drawing brittle fracture research, found that inclusions are the main cause of brittle fracture. The maximum size of inclusions was observed by Zeiss scanning electron microscope (SEM). The maximum size of inclusions was 230.5μm. The content of each component in inclusions was measured by energy spectrum analyzer. The results show that inclusions are mainly brittle inclusions composed of A1_2O_3, CaO and SiO, which originated from endogenous inclusions and exogenous inclusions. The influence of inclusions on SWRH82B is minimized by controlling the appropriate ratio of Ca, S, Ca and Al, as well as the O content and slag alkalinity in the molten steel to improve the properties and size of inclusions.
