目的研究千屈菜全草化学成分。方法运用多种色谱技术分离千屈菜类成分,采用波谱技术和理化性质确定化合物的结构。结果分离得到20个化合物,分别鉴定为白桦脂酸(1),2α,3α,24-三羟基乌苏酸(2),6-O-(E)-sinapoylpoligalitol(3),阿魏酰-6’-O-α-D-葡萄糖(4),7-oxo-β-sitosterol(5),en-tisolariciresinol(6),隐品巴马亭(7),秦皮乙素(8),芹菜素(9),(2E,6S)-2,6-二甲基-6-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基-2,7-辛二烯酸(10),槲皮素-3-O-(6″-咖啡酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11),23-环木菠萝烯-3β,25-二醇(12),(1’S,6’R)-8’-hydroxyabscisic acid-β-D-glucoside(13),5,3’-二羟基-3,6,4’-三甲氧基-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷黄酮(14),橙黄胡椒酰胺乙酸酯(15),5,6,3’,4’-四羟基-3,7-二甲氧基黄酮(16),熊果酸(17),齐墩果酸(18),4-O-11-methyl-oleoside-p-hydroxyphenyl-(6’-11-methyloleoside)-β-D-Glucopyranoside(19)和6-O-没食子酰基熊果苷(20)。结论除化合物8和9外其他均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Lythrum chinense. Methods A variety of chromatographic techniques were used to separate the genus Indica. The structures of the compounds were determined by spectroscopic techniques and physicochemical properties. Results Twenty compounds were isolated and identified as betulinic acid (1), 2α, 3α, 24-trihydroxysuuric acid (2), 6-O- O-α-D-glucose (4), 7-oxo-β-sitosterol (5), en- tisolariciresinol (6), Hidespin Palmatin (7), aesculetin (8) 9), (2E, 6S) -2,6-dimethyl-6-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-2,7-octadienoate (10), quercetin- - (6 ’’ - caffeoyl) -β-D-glucoside (11), 23-cyclogrileno- 3β, 25- diol (12), (1’S, 6’R) -8’-hydroxyabscisic acid- β-D-glucoside (13), 5,3’-dihydroxy-3,6,4’-trimethoxy-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside flavone (14) Ester (15), 5,6,3 ’, 4’-tetrahydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyflavone (16), ursolic acid (17), oleanolic acid (18) 11-methyloleoside -β-D-Glucopyranoside (19) and 6-O-galloyl arbutin (20) .CONCLUSIONS All of the compounds except compounds 8 and 9 For the first time isolated from the plant.
