On April 20, a major lawsuit on education law took place in the education sector in the United States and even in politics. Its goal was directed at the Bush Administration’s “Do not Let A Child Behind Law” (“NCLB”), the U.S. Minister of Education Marg Margaret Spellings becomes the sole defendant.
