目的 永久性充填后牙体与充填物之间的微缝隙 ,防止渗漏 ,减少继发性龋病的发生。方法 ①在离体恒磨牙上作洞型制备 ,实验组在银汞合金充填之前以富士Ⅱ型玻璃离子粘合剂进行侧壁衬垫 ,对照组作常规银汞合金充填 ,以扫描电镜对照观察洞缘裂隙宽度。②在实验研究的基础上 ,选择 6 0例侧壁衬垫充填治疗 ,进行 6个月~ 2年的临床观察。结果 扫描电镜观察 :①对照组 15 0~ 2 0 0倍下即发现充填物与牙体之间缝隙 ,实验组 10 0 0倍下仍未见缝隙。②临床6 0例近期观察 ,充填物完整 ,无继发龋病 ,无充填体脱落。结论 富士Ⅱ型玻璃离子粘合剂进行侧壁衬垫银汞合金永久性充填 ,可以起到封闭缝隙的作用 ,有效防止渗漏和继发龋的发生。该方法简便 ,经济 ,易于推广。
Objective To permanently fill the gap between the tooth and the filling to prevent leakage and reduce the occurrence of secondary caries. Methods ① The holes were prepared on the permanent molars. The experimental group was filled with Fuji Ⅱ glass ionomer adhesive before filling the amalgam, and the control group was filled with amalgam. The scanning electron microscope Cave edge crack width. ② On the basis of experimental study, 60 cases of side wall liner filling were selected for clinical observation from 6 months to 2 years. Results Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that the gap between the filling and the tooth was found in the control group at 15 0 ~ 200 times, and no gap was found at 10 0 0 in the experimental group. ② clinical 60 cases recently observed, complete filling, no secondary caries, no filling shedding. Conclusion Fuji Ⅱ glass ionomer adhesive for the permanent filling of the side wall liner amalgam can play the role of blocking the gap, effectively prevent the occurrence of leakage and secondary caries. The method is simple, economical and easy to popularize.
