无损伤地检查分析了50例冠心病患者左心室收缩时间间期的变化,提出了判定左心室功能异常的临床参考数值,认为此变化可作为治疗冠心病的客观疗效指标。
Fifty patients with coronary heart disease were examined for changes in the time interval of left ventricular systolic function without injury. A clinical reference value for determining left ventricular dysfunction was proposed, which is considered as an objective measure of efficacy in treating coronary heart disease.
