目的研究星形酸质细胞升高基因(astrocyte elevated gene-1,AEG-1)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其与相关临床病理因素的关系。方法结合组织芯片和免疫组化技术检测45例子宫内膜癌组织中AEG-1蛋白表达情况。结果子宫内膜癌组织芯片中AEG-1蛋白表达阳性率为68.9%。AEG-1高表达与子宫内膜癌肿瘤肌层浸润深度和淋巴结转移呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论 AEG-1在子宫内膜癌的进展中起着重要作用,可能成为评判子宫内膜癌预后的有效靶点。
Objective To study the expression of astrocyte elevated gene-1 (AEG-1) in endometrial carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological factors. Methods The expression of AEG-1 in 45 cases of endometrial carcinoma was detected by tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rate of AEG-1 protein expression in endometrial cancer tissue chip was 68.9%. AEG-1 overexpression was positively correlated with depth of myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis in endometrial carcinoma (P <0.05). Conclusion AEG-1 plays an important role in the progression of endometrial carcinoma and may be a useful target for the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
